Educational purpose

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at abusive volumes, submit malicious payloads through forms, or misrepresent affiliation with Apiflow Hub.

Pricing and payments

Prices shown on this site are informational. Checkout, if any, occurs through a separate agreed channel. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and materials are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that applying educational techniques will produce specific operational or financial results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apiflow Hub and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or courses, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid to Apiflow Hub for that purchase in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Apiflow Hub against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your unauthorized redistribution of materials.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
