Data we collect
We may process identity and contact data you submit (name, email, optional topic, message), technical data such as IP address and browser type when you visit, and cookie preference choices stored locally on your device. If you enroll, we may process billing references provided through our invoicing channel.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to respond to inquiries, deliver educational services, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations. Depending on context, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating an education business, consent for non-essential cookies, or legal obligation.
Retention
Contact form messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active enrollment or dispute. Enrollment records are retained for the period required by Korean bookkeeping and consumer rules. Cookie preference keys remain until you clear local storage.
