Refund Policy

Refund eligibility

Self-paced Field Desk purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not downloaded more than two module packets and have not submitted a graded review. Sync Lab purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days if no instructor review cycle has started.

Timeframe

Submit refund requests promptly within the windows above. Requests outside those windows are considered only for documented service failures on our side.

Full or partial refunds

If a Ledger Cohort is canceled by Apiflow Hub before the first session, you receive a full refund. If you withdraw after the first live session, a partial refund may apply equal to unused weeks minus a facilitation fee disclosed at enrollment.

Non-refundable items

Custom schema-mapping work already delivered, completed instructor review cycles, and third-party license fees passed through at cost are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email support@apiflow-hub.digital with your full name, purchase reference, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days (KST).

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank timelines may add additional days.

Cancellation

You may cancel a future cohort seat before materials are issued; standard eligibility rules then apply. We may cancel a cohort for low enrollment and will offer a transfer or full refund.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law take precedence where they grant stronger protections than this policy.
