Audit trails that survive airplane mode

Airplane mode is not a rare edge case for travelers who tip, refund, or transfer while airborne. Your Offline Wallet Sync Log is only as useful as the local capture you keep before the cabin door closes.

Snapshot the pending queue

If the client exposes a pending mutation list, export or screenshot it with a wall-clock note in KST and UTC. After landing, compare that snapshot to the first Offline Wallet Sync Log pull — orphans hide in the delta.

Keep merchant context separate

Receipts and chat threads are not sync logs. Store them beside the export, clearly labeled, so nobody treats a photo of a café bill as proof of a successful mutation.

Rehearse the reconnect ritual

On reconnect, wait for a stable Online state before forcing a second spend. Document whether the user ignored that advice. Your future self will thank you when Module 4-style orphaned queues appear.
